Track Our Startup! We Launched Twitter for Your Business Dashboards

Last week was BUSY. We had a major release! Here are the release notes straight from dev team Dasheroo:

  • Here are just a few examples of Twitter Insights to add to your business dashboards!

Here are just a few examples of Twitter Insights to add to your business dashboards!

TWITTER INSIGHTS!! You’ll have the ability to create your own Twitter Dashboards.

  • Our custom insights were upgraded to support interval stats (day-specific numbers)
  • We added “Total Fans” to Facebook Overview insight
  • We updated the design of Google Analytics Social Sources Insight to include network names and default icon (like Pinterest and Tumblr)
  • We summed up the clicks for Facebook posts, rather than report on “link clicks”, we think if someone clicks to enlarge the photo it’s a click!
  • We worked on lots of “under the hood” stuff for stats processing and Mix Panel integration.

We’re into the 4th week of our alpha launch and we’ve begun inviting some more people to use it now that Twitter is out. In fact just yesterday 4 new users joined the business dashboards fun!

We all got together in one room last week (first time since March!) and discussed our future beta product. It’s the one after alpha.

Anyhoo, in addition to getting bugs fixed we’re planning on launching a larger beta soon with:

New Apps

  • Google Plus, so you can track how many people are in your network.
  • LinkedIn, so you can track your followers, your connections and your post activity.
  • Salesforce, so you can see how many people are signing up to a web-to-lead form.
  • VerticalResponse, so you can see your email marketing activity! Plus we just like them a whole bunch.

More Enhancements

  • Date Ranges - Right now you have a 30 day range but we’ll try to open up the ability to do 7 and 14 day ranges too. The more custom we get on the date range the more expensive it gets to get and keep the data for your dashboards so we’re trying to walk a fine line here.
  • New user experience - We’re going to make it even easier for you to get your apps connected and reported on in a jiffy!
  • Developer console - This enables us to more easily get developers up and running to release more apps for you to add to your dashboard.

In other breaking news we began talking to some interested folks about funding us! That’s always nice since we’re self-funding for now. They love the space and we all get along so more on that as it progresses.

On a marketing related note we’re at a whopping 5300 fans on Facebook! You guys are loving the Track our Startup’s Progress posts as well as our infamous Who Charted? series. Have fun with those and tell your friends to Like us, or sign up, or join, or pin something, or follow!

If you’re new here and you wanted to see all of our progress to date you’ve got it!
