LinkedIn Analytics for Your Company Page

LinkedIn is such a wonderful networking, follow-professionals, get more business, expose yourself to the world network isn’t it? No longer do we just look at LinkedIn as the resumé tool, it’s an amazing business network that now has an abundance of opportunities to use it to grow your business. And now with the ability to publish content to the network and advertise to targeted audiences, we need some nifty reports to see how we’re doing, right?

Well if you head on over to your company page, (you have one right?) you’ll see an “Analytics” link. That’s where the magic happens.

Here’s what you’ll find:

Updates

  • A list of your posts with impressions, clicks and engagement
  • Graphs of your reach and engagement by date range
  • You’ll get both sponsored as well as organic stats in your graphs

Here is where you’ll see how your posts are doing and specific content people are digging, liking and sharing to get the impressions up. You might find fun things like posts containing images get better engagement than those that don’t.

Followers

  • Total followers
  • A chart of follower demographics by Seniority, Industry, Company Size, Function and Employee
  • How many new followers you’re getting over time
  • How you stack up to some other LinkedIn company pages

You know your target audience better than anyone, but does your follower demographics match who is buying your stuff? If not then perhaps you need to shift your ad dollars or your messaging in your content.

Visitors

  • A graph of your page views over time
  • A graph of your unique visitors over time
  • You visitor demographics broken down by Seniority, Industry, Company Size and Function

Keep an eye on this, you probably want this to look the same as your Followers do.

We’re in deep with these LinkedIn analytics at Dasheroo and we’ll be offering them right within your business dashboards.
