View the ratings and comments for your most recent reviews, all from the convenience of your Facebook dashboard.
Are you interested in tracking a breakdown of the star ratings (1 – 5) of the reviews your company has received over a specific timeframe? We have you covered!
The higher your average rating the better. We make it easy to track your average business rating over a specified timeframe.

Track the number of new reviews you’ve received over a specific timeframe.

We’re happy to announce we just launched four new insights for one of our most popular integrations: Google AdWords. Here’s a quick summary of the new insights, so have a look and then go add these to your Dasheroo dashboard!
You can now track the average position of your ads over time to see where they show up on a page. An ad position of “1” means that your ad is the first ad on a page, and yup, you guessed it, the higher your ad appears the more likely it is that potential customers will see it.
Impressions by Device
Learn which devices your audience is using when they view your ad. With the “Impressions by Device” insight, you can to see a breakdown of the different devices including desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.
Impressions by Network
View the ad networks where your impressions are being shown for your ad. Based on your campaign settings, you’ll see ad networks such as: Google Search, Search Partners, Display Network, YouTube Search, and YouTube Videos.
This insight is a comprehensive summary of all conversion types that might take place for your campaign. It combines the regular “Conversions” metric with harder-to-measure conversions like phone calls, store visits, and in-app conversions.

New to Google Sheets Dashboard
Now you can track multiple KPIs on ONE chart in your dashboard, up to 5 in fact. So if you want to see how one metric is performing right alongside others, this is the way to do it.
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
We familiarized ourselves with yet another integration that we think is strategically important, QuickBooks Online! After all it is one of the leading small business accounting software packages out there. We already show you what’s happening with Sales and Marketing on your dashboards from a myriad of integrations, but tracking money out and revenue in for marketing and sales is also important. So to start we’re giving you three insights from QuickBooks to add to your Dasheroo dashboard.
- Profit and Loss – View a trending line of income and expenses for your business in the given time period.
- Customer Balance – View the amount owed by your customers broken down by due and past due.
- Income and Expenses – View your high level profit and loss details for the given time period.

The summer hasn’t slowed down the Dasherooers! We’ve got new Facebook Ads insights for your dashboard and we now support Facebook Business Manager. We’ve also corrected our Instagram engagement insight to better reflect the correct engagement % as Instagram defines it.
New Support for Facebook Business Manager + Filtering!
We now support Facebook Business Manager in our Facebook Ads dashboard. In addition, Facebook Ads insights can now be filtered by ad set, campaign and the individual ad. All insights both existing and new have these new settings in the settings panel.
New Facebook Ads Insights
In addition to filtering, we have these 4 new awesome insights:
Frequency – View the average number of times your ad was served to each person.
Actions by Type – View a trending line insight of a Facebook ad action in a given time period.
Cost per Action – View a trending line insight that shows how the cost per Facebook action type trends over time.
Reach – View the number of people who see your ad in a given time period and how it trends.
If you change the settings of your existing insight by filtering by an ad set or choosing an individual ad, then you automatically have a new insight and the you’ll see data for the new campaign. Your old data won’t show up any longer.
Instagram Engagement Insight Update
We found an issue with how engagement is calculated for Instagram analytics, thanks to our user who reported it! The new Instagram engagement insight will replace the old insight. If you use the old one you’ll continue to see data. If you add this new insight you’ll see the new calculation.
We have basically changed the calculation from an interval strategy to continuous one. Now it will be a rolling total of likes and comments of your posts for the past 30 days.
If you delete the old and add this the new one, the data will grow from the time you add the insight. You won’t have access to older data so get in there and replace it now!

Ok, this won’t take too long to sink your teeth into why the Dasheroo Push API might be just the thing you need to keep track of ALL of your KPIs in one dashboard.
And if you’re a Dasheroo user we know you love using Dasheroo to connect to the dozens of apps we integrate with. But we know you might have other custom data that you also need to have visibility into on your dashboard. If so, the Dasheroo Push API can help out.
Push API is a powerful way to connect any internal data to Dasheroo and convert your data into useful visualizations on your dashboard right alongside all of the other KPIs you’re tracking from Google Analytics, Facebook and perhaps Shopify!
So for instance you might want to track KPIs for:
- Your internal sales system so you can see how any social media is working to drive sales
- Your internal sales system so you can see if there are any discrepancies with your PayPal, Shopify, or Stripe sales.
- Your number of new customers from your internal systems
- Error tracking on your website or database
On top of this you want your stats updated FAST and furiously. And you can have your KPIs updated new (starting from 0) each day or have them continuously updated. Cool huh?
Currently Dasheroo has users users who’ve created dashboards that combine Push API insights with a selection of over 500 current insights we offer from 35 applications. But we also have users who’ve created Push API-only dashboards and are using Dasheroo as a pure visualization tool. Obviously we’re happy to support any and all users!
Setting up the Push API for your business is simple; all you need to do is send the data you want to visualize to a unique URL provided by Dasheroo and we will take care of the rest.

Well here at Dasheroo we’ve been busy, as usual! Hope everyone who celebrates Independence day had a great one. We sure did!
The past two weeks we got new insights for Google AdWords out the door, you can even filter down to the AdWords campaign level and down to the ad level. You’re also going to get to see your video performance KPIs too. Pretty exciting for a lot of our users.
This week we’ve also just released our SendGrid integration. If you use SendGrid for your confirmation and transactional emails you’re going to LOVE this. All of your delivered, opened, click, bounce and spam rates right at your fingertips.
Up next? We’re working on some new insights so you can track KPIs for Facebook Ads. We’ve also been working on new features for our PUSH API.

Dasheroo Continues to Climb…
We climbing in the search results for some pretty interesting keywords. We now rank for over 2000 keyword/phrases which we think is pretty cool. We’re neck-in-neck with our main competitor and they’ve been around for years!
We’re keeping a close eye on our KPIs for the summer month slowdown. We just want to make sure we’re forecasting properly and hitting our numbers. Of course the month started slow but we’re aiming to get just over 2100 new users. So far we keep beating expectations so hopefully July won’t be too slow!

Today we’ve got some really great news, we’ve released our brand new integration with SendGrid to give you your new Dasheroo SendGrid dashboard! If you don’t know SendGrid they’re a cool Boulder, Colorado-based transactional email delivery and management service. So if you’re selling online, or automating confirmation emails you might want to check them out, they’re awesome. With our integration you’ll get some nifty KPIs you can track right next to the rest of your marketing metrics.
View high level KPIs from your SendGrid Account. Get a quick snapshot on things like how many were delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and a whole lot more, right in one insight on your dashboard.
View a trending line insight of the percentage of users who click on a link after opening an email.
View the number of spam reports and spam report rate in the given time period. This enables you to keep a close eye on if your sending too much email or non-targeted email.
Bounces, Blocks & Unsubscribes
View the number of emails bounces, blocks, and unsubscribes for the given time period.
View your engagement metrics like opens, open rate, clicks and click rate for the given time period.
Requests and Delivery
View the number of email requests and number of emails delivered in the given time period.

This week we’ve made some changes to our Google AdWords insights and wanted to provide all the details. If you use Google Adwords within Dasheroo you’ll want to check this out.
Google AdWords Enhancements
You’ll now view a table that provides your AdWords KPIs at an individual ad level. For every ad: clicks, impressions, CTR, average CPC and Cost are displayed as KPIs for the given time period.
The Video Performance insight is a quick snapshot of how your video ads are doing in the chosen time period. The overview insight shows high level stats like Impressions, Video Views, Video View Rate, Clicks, CPV, Cost, CTR. The insight also shows how these numbers have been trending in the given time period and gives you an indication of how your video ads have been doing.
Video Watch Rate
This multi-line insight will provide stats on the percentage of impressions where a viewer saw 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of your video ad and how this trends over a period of time. This insight can be configured at an Ad Account, AdGroup, Campaign or individual ad level on your Google dashboard.
- Watch 25% rate : Percentage of impressions where the viewer watched 25% of your video
- Watch 50% rate : Percentage of impressions where the viewer watched 50% of your video
- Watch 75% rate : Percentage of impressions where the viewer watched 70% of your video
- Watch 100% rate : Percentage of impressions where the viewer watched 100% of your video
How cool is that? You’ll now be able to track video viewing KPIs on your dashboard.
In addition to new insights we have now introduced the ability to configure your Google AdWords insight at the Ad Set, Ad Campaign or individual ad level. So in addition to the overall high level stats on your AdWords account, you can set up insights at a much granular level to see how a particular ad campaign or even an individual ad is performing. Simply add a new insight and configure it in the settings panel.
